飞镖暗器之一。亦称脱手镖。是古代战场上常用的一种暗器。镖以铜制，头为三棱形，尾为平顶，长12厘米，重300～350克。镖尾系有长约7厘米的红、绿绸者,名带衣镖；不带衣者名光杆镖；用毒药煎煮或在镖头上涂有毒药膏者名为毒镖。练习时，先以中指、食指和无名指拢成槽形，挟住镖之三平面(中指挟于较阔的一面)，拇指挟住镖背，镖根抵住手心，小指紧靠无名指，以中指为准，用腕劲直摔发镖。镖法有：①阳手镖。手心向上，向正面或内侧发射，目标高于胸部。

②阴手镖。手心向下，向正面或外侧发射，目标低于胸部。③回手镖。手心向下，向后面发射。④接镖。闪身让过敌镖，随即抓住镖尾，练习时忌迎接镖头。无论在马上或步下，飞镖的作用不亚于弓箭，百步以内可打击头部各要害，或者腿部、身体躯干等部位，杀伤力颇大。
